How It Works

Port Valet

1. Enroll in Port Valet online before you depart for your cruise or while onboard.

2. You will receive your boarding pass and luggage tags the night before the ship's arrival back into port.

3. Place the luggage tags on your bags and then place them outside your stateroom door.

4. The morning of the ship's arrival, you will disembark the ship, and you will go through customs with your carry-on items only. At the airport, you will skip the check-in lines and go directly through airport security to your departure gate.

5. When your flight arrives at its destination, pick your luggage up at your flight’s baggage claim carousel.

Additional Luggage Delivery Services for your Cruise Vacation

Before or after your cruise vacation, why deal with your luggage at all? When you arrive at your airport, you can bypass the baggage carousel. We will pick up your luggage for you and have it delivered to your hotel, cruise ship, or home. You can begin and end your cruise completely without having to deal with your luggage at all. If you arrive a day before your cruise, we can hold on to it and deliver it directly to the ship the next day.
