How Bags VIP baggage delivery works:
Book your US Airways flight from any U.S. airport or select U.S. territories and international pre-clearance cities that arrives at one of our more than 130 select delivery airports. Visit
to see a list of the select airports eligible for delivery service as well as a list of U.S. territory and international pre-clearance departure locations.
Use your flight information to complete a Bags VIP delivery order online, at least 1 hour before your scheduled departure. You will need to know your US Airways confirmation code (this is the 6-digit, alpha-numeric record locator that can be found on your travel itinerary) and the address of the delivery location to complete your order. You will provide a description of your bag along with any special instructions, such as; directions for accessing properties with gate or security codes, where to leave bags if a signature is not required, or business hours and phone number for a delivery to a business.
Payment for the Bags VIP service is taken when you complete your order. This is separate from any US Airways baggage fees you may need to pay when you check in for your flight.
Twenty-four hours before your flight, you will receive an email reminding you that you have signed up for the service.
When you check in for your flight, simply check your baggage at the US Airways ticket counter and pay any airline baggage fees directly to US Airways. When you check your bag, an indicator will print on the bag tag showing you have signed up for the service.
Should you need to make any changes to your order (number of bags, baggage different from the description, etc.) please contact a Bags VIP reservation agent by dialing 1-877-847-0045.
When your flight arrives, bypass baggage claim and proceed to your destination.
You will receive an email when your baggage is on its way for delivery. If you required a signature upon delivery, a delivery attempt will not be made until you are contacted by phone in order to arrange a delivery acceptance time.
Your bags will arrive within 4 hours of flight arrival for deliveries within 40 miles of the airport, and 6 hours from flight arrival for deliveries within 41-100 miles from the airport.
You will receive an email to let you know your baggage has been delivered.
Residential deliveries for flights arriving after 11:00 p.m. will be completed by noon the following day.
All baggage delivered to a hotel will be delivered to the bell stand. Please be sure to check with the front desk of the hotel to make arrangements once the Bags VIP delivery has been completed.
Deliveries with an address located inside a building may require the delivery to be accepted on the ground floor.
Extreme weather and traffic conditions can impact the amount of time the delivery takes.
We do not deliver live animals.

Your delivery will arrive within four hours after flight arrival if your destination is located within 40 miles from the airport or within six hours if your destination is between 41 and 100 miles from the airport.
